Useful information about delivery, shipping and pick up
We offer free standard shipping for USA and PR on orders over $100.
For other countries, please refer to checkout for shipping options and transit times. All shipping rates do not include tax and duty fees. It will be charged upon delivery and can range from $10-30 depending on the country. It can be more if you ordered more items.
Additionally, we offer pick up for PR residents. Please refer to checkout for more information about this option.
Refund Policy
Useful information about refund and returns
We do not offer returns or refunds as every item is made to order. We may allow size exchanges, but the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. The original item has to be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for exchange.
If the order arrives damaged, you must submit a request within a week of delivery to hiroakiwear@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
